Bonfiglioli are probably best known for their worm range of products the VF and W range, of which they make over 1 million units per year, so these are still very important to for them.
However an increasing large presence in the business is their “heavy duty” (HD) range of products: HDO (right angle), HDP (parallel) and planetary 300 series. Bonfiglioli are getting involved with larger torque applications (the planetary range is presently over 1.1 million Nm output torque). The HD product has the ability and flexibility to combine with our smaller gearboxes, to achieve larger gear ratios, or ancillary drives.
