Nidec Acquire Leroy Somer and Control Techniques14 Feb 2017

Nidec has now completed the acquisition of Leroy-Somer of France, and Control Techniques of the UK and their affiliates. This helps Nidec expand their portfolio in industrial equipment, transportation, power generation and eco-technology. Nidec have stated that they welcome their new teammates and look forward to the opportunities the future brings.
