The Lenze Couplings Technology group bring you flexible couplings, torque limiters, locking bushes and universal joints. More than 20000 couplings are in stock across 16 ranges for shafts from 3mm to more than 250mm. Customised spacer couplings and universal joints are possible.
These essential building blocks for machine construction are often available from stock. Brought as part of a package with motors and drives they can save you order processing and stock costs.

Universal joints
Our universal joints are high quality shaft connections available in single, double and telescopic designs for shafts 6 to 650mm. Stainless steel models are available.
Jaw couplings
Simple low cost flexible couplings, also versions that are backlash free and need no keyways.
Metal disc couplings
Torsionally stiff and backlash free all-steel couplings in single, double and spacer designs.
Other couplings
Rubber element, spring and barrel gear couplings for shafts from 3 to 100mm.
ETP-Express
ETP-EXPRESS can be quickly fitted with just a single radial screw. Shaft sizes 15 to 100mm.
ETP-Express R
ETP-EXPRESS R is the same as ETP-EXPRESS, but is made from stainless steel. Shaft sizes 15 to 60mm.
ETP-Techno
ETP-Techno was developed for high precision application and frequent assemblies. Shaft sizes 15 to 100mm.
ETP-Classic
ETP-CLASSIC is the most commonly used bush. Precise axial and radial settings can be carried out during assembly. Shaft sizes 15 to 100mm.
ETP-Classic R
ETP-CLASSIC R is the same as ETP-CLASSIC, but is made from stainless steel. Shaft sizes 15 to 50mm.
ETP-Mini / ETP-Mini R
ETP-MINI for small shafts of 6 to 14 mm.
ETP Hyloc
ETP-Hyloc is ideal for heavy industrial applications due to its robust design. Typical shaft sizes 50 to 220mm.
Locking bushes
Clamping elements are friction-fit, detachable shaft/hub connections. For shafts 6 to 900mm.
Shrink discs
Shrink discs are detachable machine elements for connecting a hollow shaft to a shaft, hollow shaft outside diameters from 12 to 620mm.
